Write to the Grievance Officer about content or a moderation decision, a data or privacy request, or anything that breaks our terms. You can write in English or Telugu. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 days. Unlawful content is handled within 36 hours, and intimate or child sexual abuse material within 2 hours, as India's IT Rules require.
Please include: what happened, roughly when, and the room name if it was in a room. You don't need to send screenshots of anyone's private content.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Or see delete your account.
How do I cancel Aura Plus?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aura. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Aura. Deleting your Aura account doesn't cancel a store subscription.
Can other people see how I feel?
No. Your check-ins, notes and voice are private. In a room, others see only a fresh name for you and the gestures you send.
